Alena is the Founder and Managing Partner of Balance Experts, where she leads the firm’s strategic direction and oversees the quality of all client engagements. A licensed CPA in Maryland, she has worked with business taxes and accounting since 2009 and brings a strong foundation in accounting, tax, payroll, and accounting software systems.

Alena specializes in complex accounting environments — from multi-entity structures to detailed financial cleanups and workflow design. Her strength lies in transforming disorganized or outdated processes into organized, efficient systems that support stability and informed decision-making.
As an advisor, Alena works closely with business owners and leadership teams, providing clear guidance, grounded insight, and practical solutions that help companies navigate both day-to-day responsibilities and long-term growth.
