Irina is the Customer Services Coordinator and Accounts Payable Administrator at Balance Experts, providing administrative support and helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations for both the team and our clients. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication from Salisbury University.

Irina serves as our clients’ first level of support, assisting with documentation, communication, accounts payable coordination, and interactions with third parties such as banks and external vendors. Her organized approach and steady presence help keep workflows moving smoothly and ensure clients receive timely, thoughtful assistance.

Irina brings reliability, precision, and a genuine commitment to supporting both our clients and the internal team — qualities that make her an essential part of Balance Experts.
Outside of work, Irina loves gardening, traveling with her family, taking care of her dog, and supporting her two boys in their sports and music activities.
